QUANTITY SURVEYOR- £25-£30k (plus profit share)
Our clients are an established and growing construction and brickwork company, who have twelve years of experience working on many of the major residential, commercial, leisure and PFI schemes within the Midlands. Their clients include the likes of Wates, Carillion and Miller along with other major MCG contractors, working on sub contract projects of around £1.5 million.
They employ sixty people who are organised into dedicated teams to focus on providing a high quality, professional service in two areas of expertise: construction and brickwork, and SPECIALIST BRICKWORK/masonry TIE AND RESTRAINT FIXING SERVICES.
They are looking for a RICS qualified chartered surveyor to work on brick measures, take offs, costings etc. The successful candidate will be mainly office based but this would incorporate up to 2 days per week, on-site carrying out tasks such as measures/valuations on sites throughout the UK but mainly midlands based initially.
They would also be prepared to consider candidates who are in the process of obtaining RICS status but it is essential that they have a good working knowledge of sub contract law.
