Mining Geologist

Our client, a world leader in its field, provides a comprehensive range of underground consultancy services to the mining and rail industries. Areas of expertise include design for underground roadways, mine layout geometrics, longwall face support assessment and stress control strategies.
You will have at least a degree with a number of years proven experience.
The work is often a combination of practical skills involving the installation of measuring equipment or testing of support combined with analytical skill to interpret the data. You must enjoy good health, be comfortable in an underground environment and be prepared to travel worldwide to carry out projects usually for 2-4 weeks. Excellent benefits package.
