Firearms Examiner - £25,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience

Their servicesrange from simple possession of a firearm or ammunition, to cases of robbery, murder and terrorism.
They are looking for a FirearmsExaminerwith experience in scene and wound ballistics interpretation. You must also have experience of theclassification of weapons and ammunition for statements in courts of law, addressing and interpreting where required all aspects of relevant UK legislation. It is essential that you have a “can do" attitude and have excellent customer service skills.

Forensic Chemist - up to £40,000

Applications are invited from forensic scientists who have experience in reporting one or more of the following evidence types:
*Footwear marks * Particulates *Body fluids *Fibres *Drugs *Alcohol Analysis *e-forensic
You should have a good degree in a relevant scientific discipline, a minimum of three years court experience and be registered with the CRFP (Council for the Registration of Forensic Practitioners) for your evidence types. You should be capable of managing a small casework team, have excellent communication/people skills and be comfortable working closely with police officers. In particular our clients are looking primarily for Chemists with good working experience of particulates such as glass and paint.
