Enviromental Account Manager
Our clients are seeking to recruit an account manager to build and maintain a firm business relationship through excellent customer service and to achieve sales maximisation. Duties are to include;
Understanding and responding to customer requests including advice on technical issues via liaison with technical experts. Managing customer’s work and monitoring key performance indicators, issuing progress reports to keep clients fully informed. Liasing with internal departments within the laboratory to prioritise work as necessary. Attending contract review meetings with clients as required. Liasing with the sales team to establish new contact information ensuring the smooth transition of new accounts. Managing a portfolio of accounts.
The candidate will have a proven track record within a customer-focussed role and show extensive account managerial skills, whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. A science related degree would be beneficial and you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and with a positive attitude.
