Manufacturing Manager - Salary Negotiable

Your Main Duties will be :

1. Deploy labour, machinery and materials to best effect throughout the Department
2. Liasing with other members of Supervisory Team, collaborating over shift systems patterns
3. Responsible for GMP and cleanliness within Departments and involvement with GMP Audits
4. Ensuring output is maximised and wastage rework is kept to a minimum
5. Involved in the Health and Safety, Risk Assessments COSHH requirments are adhered to.
6. Motivate and lead the team
7. Help with Company training initiatives
8. Dealing with Diciplinary procedures in accordance with Company Policies.
